Issues & Triggers
An issue is an emotional reaction to a sound, a scent, a word, a song, or a picture. This triggers a person back to the time of an abusive situation in their childhood. One experiences the same feelings of helplessness, fear, rage, or jealousy as when the original abuse took place.

By understanding how one’s issues are implanted through the conditioning of our caregivers, one can begin their spiritual journey towards removing their issues, one at a time. The R.E.A.C.H. Tools teach individuals how to address negative emotions and thoughts without hurting oneself.
